Use the KM-01 to control the Dino-Lite focus knob without touching the device, which is great for when the Dino-Lite needs to be isolated during use. It is controlled using either a control box tethered to the KM-01 or also with DinoCapture 2.0 software using a mouse.

Summary
The KM-01 allows control of the Dino-Lite microscopes* focus knob without touching the device. It can be used in specific conditions when the Dino-Lite microscope has to be isolated during use, such as: using it in a hazardous environment, when integrated into a machine, used in an enclosed space, and etc.
Controlling the Dino-Lite can be done by using a control box tethered to the KM-01 or use with DinoCapture 2.0 software. When using with DinoCapture 2.0, the knob motor can be controlled by the right and left mouse buttons the same way as the KM-01’s control box; also, the MicroTouch on the control box works as a snapshot trigger to take pictures directly into the software.
Touch control
With touch controls on the KM-01’s control box, it provides instant response and more durability.
Usable with DinoCapture 2.0
The KM-01 can also be controlled with DinoCapture 2.0, version 1.4.1 or later, on PC. By using the right and left buttons on the user’s mouse, the knob’s rotation can be easily controlled, and the MicroTouch on the control box can be used for triggering the software to capture pictures.
Mountable
The KM-01 can be mounted to a 10mm diameter rod on Dino-Lite stands, such as MS35B/ MS36B or on custom made stands.
