  Packed into Dino-Lite form factor, the AM4113T-YFGW utilizes filtered green LEDs for excitation light source with 570nm emission filter for observing orange to red fluorescence. It is beneficial for applications such as observing red blood cells with DsRed flowing in zebra fish. It also includes a white LED for non-excitation lighting to assist in locating points of interest.

Summary

The Dino-Lite Premier AM4113T-YFGW digital microscope is a unique handheld portable microscope that is designed for observation of orange fluorescence such as OFP (orange fluorescence protein) and red fluorescence such as RFP (red fluorescence protein).
